Singer and rapper, Lil Nas X, has revealed that one side of his face has become paralyzed.

Lil Nax, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, revealed this in an Instagram video on Monday.

According to him, he has “lost control” of the right side of his face.

The update came along a photo of himself in an apparent hospital room, wearing a patient gown.

“And when I smile, this is me doing a full smile right now by the way,” Lil Nas X said.

“Bro, I can’t even laugh right.”

Fans and celebrities took to his comment section to wish him well.

“Get well baby,” wrote actress Taraji P. Henson.

Many commenters wrote that they believe Lil Nas X has Bell’s palsy, a condition that causes muscle weakness in one side of the face, according to Mayo Clinic.
