Transfer: Osimhen staying with us – Galatasaray president, Ozbek

Galatasaray president, Dursun Ozbek has declared that Victor Osimhen will remain at the club next season.
Osimhen spent last season on loan with the Turkish Super Lig champions.

The Nigeria international, on Sunday, rejected a lucrative move to Saudi Pro League outfit, Al-Hilal.

Al-Hilal are also ready to trigger the €75m release clause in his contract.

The 26-year-old is keen to continue his career in Europe.

Ozbek confirmed talks are ongoing with Osimhen to sort out details of the contract.

“Victor Osimhen is staying at Galatasaray, his affection will be the most important factor. Negotiations are ongoing,” he told Hurriyet.

“We hope to give you good news next week.”
