Real Madrid: Alonso doesn’t need my advice – Ancelotti
Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti has said that Xabi Alonso doesn’t need his advice regarding coaching the Los Blancos.
Alonso is expected to replace Ancelotti at Real Madrid after he confirmed he would leave Bayern Munich at the end of the season.
The Spaniard has agreed a three-year contract with Real Madrid to become their new manager ahead of next season.
Ancelotti, on the other hand, is all set to leave Real Madrid for the Brazil national team head coaching job this summer.
Speaking ahead of Real Madrid’s LaLiga clash with Mallorca on Wednesday, Ancelotti described Alonso as a great manager.
“Xabi Alonso doesn’t need any advice from me as he’s a great manager,” Ancelotti said via Fabrizio Romano.
“He has everything to become a top, top coach.”
Alonso was a former Real Madrid midfielder during his playing days.
