Kun Khalifat FC head coach, Obinna Uzoho, has praised the Nigeria Referees Association (NRA) for the performance of their personnel in the 2025 Nigeria National League (NNL) season.

Uzoho admitted that there is a significant improvement in the performance of the match officials.

“I would rate the officiating in the league at 85%,” Uzoho told DAILY POST.

“The officials have shown a great deal of class, and while human error is always a factor, I must say that the standard of officiating in the league today has significantly improved compared to what I experienced eight years ago during my time at Papilo FC.”

Uzoho also expressed satisfaction with the improvement in his team.

“It is nothing but the joy of passing grade five going to grade six.”

Kun Khalifat FC finished top of the NNL Group B with 37 points.

They will participate in the NNL Super Eight playoff tournament.
