Super Eagles head coach, Eric Chelle, has reshuffled his squad for the international friendly against Russia due to injuries and withdrawals of some invited players.
Ola Aina, Wilfred Ndidi, Samuel Chukwueze, Sadiq Umar, Kelechi Iheanacho and Nathan Tella have all been excused from the game.
Ndidi and Sadiq are currently injured, while Aina, Chukwueze, and Iheanacho have excused themselves to attend to family matters.
Tella was unable to travel with the team to Russia due to the expiration of his contract.
The team, which arrived in Moscow on Monday, will begin training sessions on Tuesday.
Friday’s encounter will hold at the 78,000 capacity Luzhniki Stadium, Moscow.
