Vitafoam Set to Release Q3 2025 Results After Key Committee Review

Vitafoam Nigeria Plc has announced plans to unveil its fourth-quarter financial performance for 2025, with the company’s Risk Finance and General Purposes Committee scheduled to convene this week to review the results before public disclosure.
According to Lekan Sanni, the furniture manufacturer’s Company Secretary and Legal Adviser, the committee meeting is slated for Wednesday, October 29, 2025, to scrutinise the company’s Q4 Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended September 30, 2025.
Following the committee’s review, the financial documents will be submitted to Nigeria’s regulatory bodies and made accessible to market participants through the official Issuers’ Portal the following day.
“The 2025 Q4 UFS will therefore be filed with the regulators and released to the investing public through the Issuers’ Portal on 30th October, 2025,” Sanni stated in a notification sent to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on Tuesday.
The disclosure also reinforces existing protocols governing insider-trading restrictions. During this sensitive period, company insiders and their associates are prohibited from executing transactions involving Vitafoam shares, whether personally or through intermediaries.

“Consequently, the closed period for trading in the shares of the Company by insiders and their connected persons, directly or indirectly, continues as previously announced until twenty-four (24) hours after the 2025 Q4 UFS is released to the public,” Sanni emphasised.
News.ng reports that the insider-trading blackout period, a standard regulatory safeguard, is designed to prevent market participants with privileged access to material information from gaining an unfair advantage before financial results become public knowledge. This restriction will remain in effect until a full day has passed following the October 30 release of the unaudited financial statements.
The move is in line with NGX’s corporate governance requirements and demonstrates Vitafoam’s commitment to maintaining transparency and regulatory compliance with Nigeria’s capital markets framework.
