Congolese Govt Executes 102 Gangster Members

The Congolese government has carried out the mass execution of 102 Kuluna gang members, with 70 more scheduled for execution.

The Kuluna are a notorious street gang in Kinshasa known for terrorizing residents.

Under the initiative codenamed “Operation Zero Kuluna,” the government has pledged to rid Kinshasa of street gangs entirely.
