I fear Tory Lanez will shoot me again – Megan Thee Stallion

American rapper Megan Thee Stallion has been granted a 5-year restraining order against already incarcerated rapper Tory Lanez.

Recall that Lanez was sentenced to ten years in prison in 2023 for shooting Megan in the feet after a party at Kylie Jenner’s house in 2020.

Megan Thee Stallion appeared remotely via video to testify in Los Angeles court on Thursday, January 10, 2025, for a hearing regarding her restraining order request against Tory Lanez.

The ‘Hot Girl Summer’ crooner said she fears that Tory Lanez will shoot her again and that she may die this time.

“I feel like maybe he [Tory Lanez] will shoot me again, and maybe this time I won’t make it,” she said.

The judge granted her a 5-year civil harassment restraining order against Tory Lanez.

Rolling Stone senior reporter Nancy Dillon reports that Tory’s lawyer says the rapper “has no desire to communicate with the petitioner [Megan] ever again.”
