Kano Pillars forward Ahmed Musa is delighted with his return to the Super Eagles, DAILY POST reports.

Musa has not been involved with the Super Eagles since the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Cote d’Ivoire.

The 31-year-old is currently with the team in London for the Unity Cup invitational tournament.

“I’m always happy whenever I get the call-up so I’m very happy to be back,” Musa said in a video posted on the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF TV.

“It has been a long time but I don’t think there’s any difference so we just wait and see on the day of the game what is going to happen.”

The Super Eagles will face eternal rivals, Ghana in a friendly at the Gtech Community Stadium, Brentford, London on Wednesday.
