Transfer: Umar Sadiq moves to Valencia on loan

Nigeria striker Umar Sadiq has completed his loan move to La Liga club Valencia, DAILY POST reports.

Sadiq joins Valencia from another Spanish club, Real Sociedad.

Valencia have the option to make the move permanent at the end of the season.

The 27-year-old will be hoping to regain top form after his struggles at Real Sociedad.

The tall forward joined the White and Blues from Almería in 2022 but missed almost the entire campaign due to injury.

The former AS Roma player struggled to break into the first team on his return from injury.

Prior to his move to Real Sociedad, Sadiq enjoyed a productive spell with Almería, scoring 43 goals and providing 13 assists in 84 appearances.
