Transfer: Onuachu nears return to Trabzonspor
Nigeria forward Paul Onuachu is set to complete a return to Turkish Super Lig club Trabzonspor.
Relegated Southampton and Trabzonspor are close to reaching an agreement for the player, according to reports emanating from Turkey.
Southampton are demanding €6m to sell the lanky hitman. It is, however, believed that both clubs could shake hands at around €6m.
Onuachu impressed on loan at Trabzonspor two years ago, netting 17 times in 22 appearances.
Both clubs could not agree on a transfer fee last summer.
This past season, he scored four goals in the Premier League as Southampton were again relegated to the second-tier English Championship.
