Sky Bet Championship club Leicester City have rejected Valencia’s late bid for Wilfred Ndidi, DAILY POST reports.

According to transfer expert, Ben Jacobs, Valencia make a late move to hijack Turkish Super Lig giants Besiktas move for Ndidi but their attempt was rebuffed by Leicester City.

Besiktas already have a €9.5 million agreement in place with Leicester pending only minor details.

The Nigeria international has also reportedly accepted to join the Istanbul giants.

The defensive midfielder is expected to sign a three-year contract with the option of another year.

Ndidi will undergo medicals with the Besiktas this week.
