Arsenal have opened talks for the transfer of RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko, according to Mail Sport.
It is understood that the discussions are at an initial stage.
Gunners boss Mikel Arteta will strengthen his attack ahead of next season after finishing second again.
Arsenal have finished as runners-up for three consecutive seasons and missed out on silverware last season.
Last summer and in January, Arsenal’s offers for Sesko were rejected.
However, the 21-year-old will not come cheaply, with Leipzig demanding £92.5 million for the Slovenia international.
Arteta was left short in the final third for the second half of the campaign, after Gabriel Jesus and Kai Havertz both suffered serious injuries in January and February, respectively.
