NWFL: Edo Queens sign five new players

Edo Queens have strengthened their squad with the addition of five new players, DAILY POST reports.

The newly recruited players are Anjor Mary from Bayelsa Queens, Rebecca Adegbemile from Delta Queens, Winifred Eyegboria, Vincent Precious, and Happiness Titus all from Remo Stars Ladies.

All the newly recruited players signed a one-year contract with the reigning Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) champions.

The players have all resumed training with the club ahead of the second stanza of the season.

The second stanza will start on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.

Edo Queens will trade tackles with Ekiti Queens in their opening fixture of the second stanza.
