Katsina United head coach, Azeez Audu, says his team will contest for the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) title next season.
The Chanji Boys finished the 2024/25 NPFL campaign in 15th position after defeating Kwara United by a lone goal at the Muhammad Dikko Stadium in Katsina on Sunday.
Audu assured that his team will return stronger next season.
“Next season, we will fight for the league because I am coming back with something different,” Audu stated after the game.
“It’s time to correct our mistakes ahead of the new season.
“Thanks to our electrifying fans for standing with us throughout the season.”
