Lamine Yamal reveals club he will never join
Barcelona winger Lamine Yamal has said he will never join Real Madrid in his football career.
The Spain international said it’s impossible for him to join the Los Blancos in the future.
“Me to Real Madrid? Impossible, no way,” Yamal told COPE.
Yamal has been impressive for Barcelona since he was promoted to the first team in 2023.
The 17-year-old scored 18 goals and registered 25 assists in all competitions for Barcelona last season, as the Catalan club won both LaLiga and Copa del Rey.
He took the prize for Goal of the Season in the Champions League.
Yamal is also expected to compete with the likes of Raphinha, Mohamed Salah, Kylian Mbappe, and Ousmane Dembele, among others, for the 2025 Ballon d’Or.
