Kylian Mbappe hospitalized over stomach infection

Real Madrid star, Kylian Mbappe has been hospitalized.

Real Madrid disclosed this in a statement on their website on Thursday.

According to the Los Blancos, the France captain is suffering from acute case of gastroenteritis.

As a result, the former Paris Saint-Germain forward has been admitted to hospital in order to undergo a series of tests.

This means Mbappe will miss Real Madrid’s next game in the FIFA Club World Cup is against Pachuca on Sunday.

Mbappe had missed Real Madrid’s 1-1 draw with Al Hilal on Wednesday.

The 26-year-old will hope to recover on time in a bid to play at the ongoing FIFA World Cup competition in the USA.
