The two stars will not be part of the Enzo Maresca’s squad for the tournament in the United States of America.

Meanwhile, João Felix’s previous number 14 jersey will now be used by new signing Dário Essugo.
In a similar development, Manchester City have completed as many as four new signings in time for the FIFA Club World Cup.
They signed French star, Rayan Cherki from Ligue 1 side Lyon, Rayan Aït-Nouri from Wolves, Marcus Bettinelli from Chelsea and Tijjani Reijnders from AC Milan.
