CHAN 2024Q: Ogunmodede satisfied with Home Eagles draw against Ghana

Super Eagles assistant coach, Daniel Ogunmodede, has expressed satisfaction with the team’s performance against Ghana.
The Super Eagles B team held their eternal rivals to a 0-0 draw in the first leg of the 2024 African Nations Championship,CHAN, qualifier in Accra on Sunday.
Ogunmodede admitted that qualifying for the biennial competition will be a big boost for the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
“I am satisfied with the draw,” Ogunmodede said after the game.
“Now it is for us to qualify for the CHAN.
“Qualification will add more value to our league, the players and the indigenous coaches.”
The reverse fixture will hold at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on Saturday.
The overall winners will advance to the delayed 2024 CHAN to be played in February in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
