Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia has doled out N50m to Super Falcons winger, Francisca Ordega, DAILY POST reports.

Alia also gave Ordega a fully furnished three- bedroom bungalow in Makurdi.

The reward was for the Al-Ittihad Ladies star’s contributions to the Super Falcons’ successful outing at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.

The Super Falcons won a record-extending 10th title at the competition.

Ordega made just one appearance for the Super Falcons at the tournament as she was hampered by injury.

The 31-year-old has won WAFCON title five times with the Super Falcons.

The winger has 26 appearances for Nigeria with seven goals to her name.
