Super Falcons defender, Ashleigh Plumptre has said the team must take it one game at a time at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.

Plumptre declared that it is important for the team not to think too hard about winning their 10th title at the competition.

The Al-Ittihad of Saudi Arabia player stated that they have the quality to win all their games.

“I don’t really like to talk about the future too much, my aim is to think about the present as much as possible,” the centre-back told the Super Falcons media.

“To take it one game at a time, and have the believe that we can win every games that we play.”

Plumptre will be playing at the WAFCON finals for the second time after her maiden appearance three years ago in Morocco.
