Victor Osimhen is a valuable asset for Galatasaray —Okan Buruk
Okan Buruk, the head coach of top-flight Turkish Super Lig club Galatasaray has told those who care to listen that Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen is a very valuable asset for the club.
The coach who made the remarks in an interview with PlaySpor said that Victor Osimhen is very important because everything is not about scoring goals.
He stated that when the striker sees the ball, he passes it to the closest player and he fights a lot for his teammates during the game which suits the team’s style of play.

Buruk also noted that Osimhen is not under any pressure to score goals as it will come naturally but the player just has to concentrate on his game as he adjusts to a new league.
“Victor Osimhen’s game is very important. Not everything is about scoring goals. You score goals, but you lose the game,” Buruk said, per PlaySpor.
“When he sees the net, he passes the ball to the closest player. If he focused only on scoring goals, it could be different. He fights a lot during the game. He suits us very well as a player and a person. It is very valuable to have him with us.”
