President Bola Tinubu has extended warm felicitations to two prominent Nigerian figures, Mr Tony Attah and Dr Oladele Fajemirokun, as they mark new milestones in their lives.

In a statement on Tuesday, President Tinubu congratulated Mr Attah, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited, on his 60th birthday.

He praised Attah’s career in the energy sector, highlighting his previous roles as CEO of Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) Limited and Managing Director of Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCo).

He noted Attah’s instrumental role in securing the Final Investment Decision on NLNG’s $10bn Train 7 project and commended his recent success in steering Renaissance Africa Energy Company through the $2.4bn acquisition of Shell Petroleum Development Company’s assets in Nigeria.

In a separate statement signed by Bayo Onanuga, President Tinubu congratulated Dr Oladele Fajemirokun on his 75th birthday.

Tinubu celebrated Fajemirokun’s achievements as a business leader, philanthropist and a worthy heir to the legacy of his father, the late industrialist Chief Henry Oloyede Fajemirokun.

Tinubu noted his contributions across the insurance, telecommunications, oil and gas, and real estate sectors.

He also acknowledged Fajemirokun’s dedication to national development and his efforts in humanitarian causes, particularly in education, health, and youth empowerment.
