Veteran manager Jose Mourinho has expressed surprise at the growing trend of inexperienced coaches being appointed to the world’s biggest football clubs, questioning the logic behind such high-profile hires.
Speaking in a recent interview, Mourinho said, “For me, it’s just a surprise when coaches with no history, no body of work, get the chance to manage the world’s top clubs. It’s a real surprise.”
