Super Falcons player Chidinma Okeke joins Mexican side Club America Femenil
Talented Super Falcons player Chidinma Okeke has signed the dotted lines as a player for Mexican female football team, Club America Femenil to the delight of her teeming fans.
The football team announced the signing of the Nigerian female national player through official channels, but the club did not disclose the length of the contract and financial details of the deal.
Barely fourteen hours after Chidinma Okeke, a Nigerian international who has played in Spain and Japan, was announced on social media by Mexico’s ambassador to Nigeria, Alfredo Miranda O., Club América confirmed the signing of the Super Falcons star.

At the 2016 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, Okeke played for the Nigerian women’s national U-17 football team.
In the Nigeria Freestyle Football competition’s women’s division finals in 2017, she was defeated by Rasheedat Ajibade and was part of the Nigerian team that won the 2019 WAFU Women’s Cup in Ivory Coast.
Chidinma has played for FC Robo in the Nigeria Women’s Premier League, Madrid CFF in Liga F, Hapoel Be’er Sheva in Ligat Nashim, and MyNavi Sendai in the WE League.
