Sesko to be unveiled before Man Utd vs Fiorentina match

Benjamin Sesko is expected to be officially unveiled as a new Manchester United player on Saturday.

The Slovenia international flew into the UK on Friday to begin his medicals with the Premier League club.

United have agreed a deal in principle with RB Leipzig to sign Sesko, who is set to put pen to paper on a five-year contract.

If his contract is signed on time, he could be formally presented at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon when United face Fiorentina in their final pre-season friendly.

The Red Devils’ agreement with initial £66.3m (€76.5m) and £7.37m (€8.5m) in performance-related add-ons.

Sesko is expected to link up with other new signings Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Nunez in Ruben Amorim’s newly-curated attack.
