Security forces foil bandits’ attack, arrest one in Katsina community
Security forces have arrested a suspected bandit during a night raid in Kuki, Dutsin-Ma Local Government Area of Katsina State.
A video footage shared on Saturday by counter-insurgency expert, Zagazola Makama via his X handle, said the arrest was captured in real time, showing operatives securing the suspect after a brief exchange of gunfire.
The incident occurred late on Friday, when troops engaged a group of armed men who had infiltrated the town.
Sources said the suspect was taken alive, while other members of the gang managed to flee.
