The Supreme Hajj Committee of Saudi Arabia has awarded digital certificates of appreciation to over 420,000 individuals who contributed to serving pilgrims during the 1446 AH Hajj season.
According to Saudi Gazette, the certificates were issued via the Nusuk App, recognising the dedication and hard work of Hajj mission participants.
A few weeks ago, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launched a new feature on the Nusuk application, allowing both pilgrims and Hajj season workers to access electronic certificates for the 1446 AH Hajj season.
The initiative is part of the ministry’s ongoing commitment to document the pilgrims’ spiritual journey, recognize those who contributed to the season’s success, and ultimately serve the pilgrims.
A total of 420,070 individuals were recognised through the platform, marking the first time digital tools was used to acknowledge Hajj workers’ dedication
It highlighted the success of the integrated system overseen by the committee and the importance of institutional cooperation during the Hajj season.
The electronic certificates serve as a symbolic gesture to recognize those who worked tirelessly to ensure the safety, comfort, and spiritual fulfillment of pilgrims.
The initiative also aims to elevate the pilgrim experience and enhance technological integration throughout the Hajj journey, aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
