NPFL: Mangut hails Nasarawa United’s resilience in draw with Enyimba

Nasarawa United technical adviser, Mbwas Mangut admitted that his team was lucky with the draw against Enyimba in Aba.

The Solid Miners held Enyimba to a 0-0 draw in a matchday three encounter in Aba on Sunday.

Nasarawa United defence stood their ground despite the numerous opportunities created by the People’s Elephant.

Mangut commended his players for absorbing the pressure throughout the game.

“We both had our playing and scoring chances. We were lucky to have been able to absorb a very strong side,” Mangut remarked.

Nasarawa United moved up to 11th position on the NPFL with four points from three matches.
