NPFL: Kwara United’s Sanni hails Wolves draw as ideal preparation for Kotoko clash
Kwara United technical adviser Tunde Sanni has commended his players for their performance in the goalless draw against Warri Wolves.
Sanni believes the result will put his team in good shape for their CAF Confederation Cup clash against Asante Kotoko.
Kwara United will face the Ghanaian club in the preliminary round first-leg tie at the Accra Sports Stadium next week.
“If we can survive the pressure here against Warri Wolves we can do the same in Ghana,” Sanni said after the matchday four result in Ozoro.
Kwara United moved up to 10th position on the league table with five points following the draw.
The Harmony Boys will take on Plateau United in their next league game.
