The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Thursday, granted former presidential candidate and activist Omoyele Sowore N10m bail following his arrest and detention for alleged cybercrime.

Sowore was arraigned on Wednesday, where he pleaded not guilty to 17-count charges bordering on cybercrime brought against him by the Nigerian Police Force.

Justice Musa Liman granted him bail with one surety in like sum, upholding the bail application moved by his counsel, Marshall Abubakar.
