‘Hungry man, Wike defeated you’ – Lere Olayinka mocks Amaechi over comment on removing Tinubu
Lere Olayinka, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike’s Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media, has tackled former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, for saying that he knows how to defeat President Bola Tinubu in 2027.
Amaechi had said he can defeat Tinubu in 2027 because he knows the president’s weakness.
The former minister disclosed this at a public discussion on an X Space.
However, Olayinka wondered how Amaechi could defeat Tinubu after suffering a series of defeats to Wike.
Posting on X, Olayinka described Amaechi as a jester.
He wrote: “Hungry man Amaechi was a sitting governor in 2015, when Wike defeated him.
“Hungry man Amaechi was a minister in 2019, when Wike defeated him.
“Hungry man Amaechi just left office as a minister in 2023, when Wike defeated him.
“The same hungry man Amaechi is boasting that he knows how to defeat Tinubu, a sitting president.
“I know Tinubu’s weaknesses, will defeat him if ADC gives me ticket – Amaechi.
“Me: Just the way he defeated Tinubu in the APC primary of 2022 nah. Alawada.com.”
