The Minister gave the assurance on Friday during a courtesy visit to the Governor alongside the Executive Vice President (Upstream), NNPC Limited, Mr. Udobong Ntia, at Government House, Uyo.
The Minister thanked Governor Eno for his warm reception and reaffirmed the Federal Government’s commitment to working closely with Akwa Ibom State to unlock the full potential of the gas value chain.
Speaking, the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, said he has approved office accommodation for the establishment of a SEPLAT Energy office at the Udom Emmanuel Towers in Uyo.

The Governor also expressed gratitude to former Governor Udom Emmanuel for his foresight in building the iconic 21-storey Udom Emmanuel Towers, which today serves as a hub for multinational corporations, including the upcoming SEPLAT presence.

Governor Eno further applauded the role of the Gas Aggregation Company of Nigeria in expanding access and value within the gas sector, and reiterated the state’s unwavering commitment to federal partnerships that drive economic development.
