The letter, signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Baba Mallam Wali, said Governor Buni approved the release of the funds. The document identified Senator Ibrahim Gaidam, Aliyu Saleh Bagare and Engr. Abubakar D. Aliyu as the beneficiaries.
