EPL: Sesko’s shirt number at Man Utd confirmed
Manchester United’s new striker, Benjamin Sesko, will wear the no.30 shirt in his debut season.
The Premier League club confirmed this on Monday.
Sesko only arrived at Old Trafford over the weekend and was presented to supporters before their pre-friendly against Fiorentina on Saturday.
United beat off competition from rivals Newcastle to land the Slovenian.
The 22-year-old became Ruben Amorim’s fourth summer signing after the Red Devils agreed a £74m deal with RB Leipzig.
Fellow new signing Diego Leon was initially handed the No.30 shirt during pre-season.
But Leon has now switched to No 35, which will allow Sesko wear his preferred number.
