EPL: Man City will lose title – Souness predicts position Arsenal, Liverpool will finish

Former Liverpool star, Graeme Souness, has predicted that Manchester City’s stranglehold over the Premier League title will end this season.

City are attempting to win an unprecedented fifth successive league title.

Pep Guardiola’s men have already picked up their first win – a 2-0 victory at Chelsea last Sunday.

City’s biggest competition over the last two years have been Arsenal and Souness believes the Gunners will end their over 21-year wait for the title.

According to him, City will finish as runners-up ahead of Liverpool in third.

“My top three? Well, I’m going for Arsenal to win the title, Manchester City as runners-up and Liverpool in third,” Souness told the Daily Mail.
