EPL: I’m different from last manager – Amorim on why Man United fans love him

Manchester United head coach, Ruben Amorim has said that the support he receives from the club’s fans could be because he is different from Erik ten Hag, the Red Devils immediate past boss.
The Portuguese said he already felt connected with Red Devils’ fans, who possibly liked that he does not hide his emotions during games and interviews.
Amorim pointed out that he was different from Ten Hag, which could also be a reason the fans like him.
The former Sporting CP boss spoke to BBC, “Yes for sure, I feel that. Maybe because I’m a little bit of an emotional person.
“I can transmit that, even in interviews, I think. Maybe because I am different from the last coach and this can bring a different connection with the next guy.
“I believe that I am the right guy. People always believe the next guy is the right guy. We always have this feeling. ”
Manchester United defeated Everton 4-0 over the weekend.
