Dimitar Berbatov says Kai Havertz has a similar playing style to him
Former Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur striker Dimitar Berbatov has disclosed that Arsenal striker Kai Havertz had a similar playing style to him when he was still active.
The ex-Bulgarian international who disclosed this in a recent chat with the British media said that he likes Kai Havertz as a player because he has that flair.
Berbatov noted that sometimes, Havertz floats into games and that’s why it reminds him a bit of himself which is the reason why he likes watching the German international.

The former player who captained the Bulgarian national team from 2006 to 2010 and is the nation’s top goalscorer also noted that he played for Bayer Leverkusen just like Havertz did too.
“Kai Havertz used to play for Leverkusen, I used to play for Leverkusen,” Berbatov said in an interview with Futbin.com (via Mirror).
“I like him as a player, he has that flair, sometimes floating into the games and that’s why it reminds me a bit of myself. Although I don’t like comparing players from different generations, I like watching him, to be honest.
