Champions League: Lookman scoops MOTM in Atalanta’s win at Shakhtar Donetsk
Ademola Lookman went home with a Man of Match prize following Atalanta’s 3-0 victory over Ukrainian club, Shakhtar Donetsk.
Lookman registered a goal and an assist in the encounter.
It was the winger’s first-ever UEFA Champions League goal.
According to UEFA’s Technical Observer Panel: “He (Lookman) showed great skill and was outstanding with the ball, providing a goal, assist, two chances and hitting the crossbar. Always available to his teammates, he displayed tactical clever movement and good defensive work.”
The 25-year-old was in action for 60 minutes in the game.
He was replaced by Matteo Retegui.
