The Abia State Government has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Radisson Blu in Lagos, for the reconstruction of the iconic Enyimba Hotel and International Conference Centre in Aba.
In a statement on Friday, Prince Kanu disclosed that the project, in collaboration with the globally renowned Radisson Blu, will feature world-class hospitality and event facilities.
These include a 2,500-seat main hall, multiple smaller halls, and a large exhibition space designed to accommodate various events and conferences.
“This development is set to position Aba as a top commercial hub, attract investors, and boost economic growth in the state,” Prince Kanu stated.
The partnership with Radisson Blu, a leading international hotel brand, is expected to enhance Aba’s status as a business-friendly city while providing modern infrastructure to support trade, tourism, and international engagements.
With Aba already known for its entrepreneurial spirit and vibrant commercial activities, Kanu noted that the Enyimba Hotel and International Conference Centre will serve as a strategic asset in boosting economic activities and fostering investor confidence in the region.
