West Ham XI vs Tottenham – Predicted lineup and team news
West Ham United travel to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this afternoon while they seek to end a 10-game winless league run and move out of the relegation zone.
Nuno Espírito Santo’s side has moved into a critical phase of the season, currently sitting 18th in the table and seven points adrift of safety. Despite intense speculation regarding his future, Nuno has been backed by the board with over £50m in January signings and the appointment of veteran coach Paco Jémez to his backroom staff. A victory in this London derby would provide a massive boost to their survival hopes.
West Ham Team News
Nuno Espírito Santo is managing a squad facing both injury doubts and international absences. Lucas Paquetá is the primary concern; the playmaker is battling a back condition and has missed training sessions this week amid ongoing transfer speculation. Konstantinos Mavropanos remains sidelined with a neck issue, and El Hadji Malick Diouf is unavailable due to his participation in the AFCON final for Senegal.
Notably, the Hammers are expected to hand a start to Aaron Wan-Bissaka at right-back following his return from injury. Taty Castellanos, who scored the winner in the FA Cup against QPR, is expected to lead the line, while fellow January arrival Pablo Felipe could feature in an advanced midfield role if Paquetá is deemed unfit. Jarrod Bowen and Crysencio Summerville will provide the width as West Ham look to exploit a Spurs defence that has kept few clean sheets under Thomas Frank.

West Ham United predicted XI: Areola; Wan-Bissaka, Todibo, Kilman, Scarles; Magassa, Souček; Bowen, Pablo, Summerville; Castellanos
