Famous Nigerian rapper, Odumodublvck has said he wished Nyesom Wike, the minister of the Federal Capital Territory, was a musician. The hip-hop star claimed that the minister’s vocals are unique, stressing that he would excel in the music industry.
On his X handle, Odumodublvck wrote, “I wish say Wike dey do music. I hear something in his vocals. I’m not joking.”
Wike made buzz with his live band while serving as the Governor of Rivers State from 2015 to 2023.
After his appointment as minister of FCT, he relocated his band to Abuja.
Last month, he publicly promised to increase the wages of his music band while commissioning the collector road from Mabushi to the Judges’ Quarters in Katampe.
Wike’s band is known for viral hits such as ‘As E Dey Sweet Us’, ‘Agreement Is Agreement’, and ‘Biggie Man’, among others.
