Wesley Sneijder names perfect club for Viktor Gyokeres to join
Inter Milan legend, Wesley Sneijder has named Real Madrid as the ‘perfect’ club for Viktor Gyokeres to join this summer.
Gyokeres is one of the most sought-after strikers in Europe after another incredible display in Portugal this season.
The Sporting Lisbon attacker ended the season with 51 goals in 53 appearances.
The 26-year-old has been linked with a move away from Sporting this summer but he will be available for a fee of around £58 million.
The Sweden international has attracted interest from the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea.
However, Sneijder wants Gyokeres to pick a team like Real Madrid that suits his playing style.
“You have to pick a team which works for your playing style,” Sneijder told Metro via BetMGM.
“At the moment, maybe Real [should consider signing him]. If it allows Kylian Mbappe to move back to the left then maybe it’s a perfect match.”
