WAFCON 2024: Super Falcons ready to win 10th title – Ajibade
Super Falcons captain, Rasheedat Ajibade says team is firmly focused on winning the title at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
Justine Madugu’s side are the most successful team in the history of the competition.
The West Africans have won the WAFCON trophy nine times.
Nigeria will be challenging for a tenth title when hostilities begin in Morocco next month.
Ajibade, who will be making her third appearance at the WAFCON declared that they will go all out to win the title.
“We are focused on mission X. For us, effort is everything,” the former FC Robo Queens winger told CAFonline.
The Super Falcons will arrive Casablanca on Wednesday (today) for their final preparation.
They held Portugal to a 0-0 in a friendly in Lisbon on Monday.
