The Super Falcons of Nigeria have arrived in Casablanca, Morocco, for their final preparations ahead of the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.

Twenty-two players and team officials arrived in Morocco’s economic capital on Wednesday night.

The contingent were joined by Bay FC striker, Asisat Oshoala, and China-based forward, Folashade Ijamilusi.

Justine Madugu’s side held Portugal to a 0-0 draw in a pre-WAFCON friendly in Lisbon on Monday.

The Super Falcons will take on perennial rivals, the Black Queens of Ghana, in another friendly on Sunday.

The nine-time champions will open their campaign in Morocco against Tunisia at the Larbi Zaouli Stadium, Casablanca, on Sunday, 6 July.

They will also face Botswana and Algeria at the same venue.
