UCL: Supercomputer predicts favourites clubs to win trophy this season

Opta Supercomputer have released their predictions for the UEFA Champions League, with the group stage set to kick off next week.

It predicted Premier League club Liverpool as the number one favourite to win the Champions League this season.

The Reds was given a 20.4% chance to claim the Champions League trophy, while Arsenal are second favorite to win it.

Paris Saint-Germain have a 12.1% chance of retaining the Champions League title this season after they won it last term, making it the third favorite in the prediction.

Manchester City and Barcelona are behind PSG and have 8.4% chances, while Chelsea have 7% chance.

The Blues are ahead of Real Madrid, who have 5.8% chance in seventh position.

The likes of Bayern Munich, Inter Milan, and Newcastle United finish the top 10, with 5% chances each.
