Transfer: Romanian club, CFR Cluj unveils Omeruo

Romanian club, CFR Cluj have unveiled Super Eagles defender, Kenneth Omeruo, DAILY POST.

Omeruo joined the eighth time Romanian League champions on a free transfer.

The 31-year-old’s contract was terminated by Turkish club, Kasimpasa in February.

The centre-back was linked with clubs in Qatar and Major League Soccer , MLS, after leaving Kasimpasa.

Omeruo has now decided to pitch his tent with CFR Cluj.

He has already started training with his new teammates.

The versatile defender is expected to make his debut for CFR Cluj in the Romanian Super Cup clash against FCSB on Saturday, 5 July.
