Transfer: Ndidi excited ahead Besiktas move
Wilfred Ndidi has shared his excitement after arriving in Istanbul to seal a permanent transfer to Besiktas.
The Nigeria international arrived Istanbul on Wednesday night to undergo mandatory medical tests at Besiktas.
Ndidi’s transfer to the Black Eagles is expected to be made official on Thursday.
He will sign a three-year contract with the option of another year.
The 28-year-old is joining Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side from Sky Bet Championship club Leicester City.
Ndidi hopes he can bring more success to the club, and help them win silverware
“It’s really amazing, this is my second time in Turkey . I feel really great, joining Besiktas is really amazing for me,” he told the club’s official website.
“I want them to enjoy the season, we will see what comes out of the season . I will try my best to help the team win more games because the more games we win , the better our chances of winning a trophy.”
