Jamie Bynoe-Gittens has finally completed the main part of his medical with Chelsea.
This was disclosed by football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano in a post via his X account on Sunday.
According to Romano, this comes after Chelsea completed a £55illiin deal for the English winger.
“Jamie Bynoe-Gittens has completed the main part of medical as new Chelsea player.
“£55m deal done,” Romano tweeted.
Bynoe-Gittens is joining Chelsea from Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund.
The 20-year-old had attracted interest from several clubs before deciding to join the Blues.
Chelsea are keen strengthen their manager Enzo Maresca’s squad this summer transfer window after securing qualification for next season’s Champions League competition.
Maresca’s side had finished in the Premier League top four last season behind the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City.
Chelsea are currently participating at the ongoing FIFA Club World Cup tournament in the United States.
