Transfer: Alanyaspor sign Nigerian youngster on three-year contract

Turkish Super Lig club, Alanyaspor have confirmed the signing of Nigerian striker, Uchenna Ogundu, DAILY POST reports.

Alanyaspor signed the youngster from Turkish second tier club, Şanlıurfaspor.

The 19-year-old put pen to paper on a three-year contract.

Ogundu caught the eye with his impressive performances for Şanlıurfaspor last season, netting 10 goals in eight outings .

He was previously linked with a move to Scottish Premiership side, Hearts and Fenerbahce.

The versatile striker will become the second Nigerian to play for Alanyaspor following Chiedozie Awazie’ stint with the club in the 2021/22 season.
